Rapeseed honey is the year's first harvest in our apiaries. It's blooming in April. Goes crystallized very fast, in weeks. Turns into white then. It's less acidic than the other types of honeys so it can be eaten guardedly in case of high stomach acid.
It's taste is a little bit divisive, some like it others not. It's sweet anyway :)
Depending on the time of filling, we ship rapeseed both in liquid and crystallized state.
